Apple Health permissions
On first launch, Reflect asks to read your workouts from Apple Health. To change it later, open iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Reflect. Reflect requests only the workout types it needs to match your plan, and reads them on your device.
Restoring your Reflect Pro purchase
Reflect Pro is a subscription ($3.99/month or $24.99/year). New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open Settings inside Reflect → Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID, and your subscription returns.
Device & OS requirements
- iPhone on iOS 16 or later.
- Apple Watch on watchOS 9 or later for the glance and complications (optional).
- Workouts recorded by any device that writes to Apple Health will match — Apple Watch, Garmin, COROS, and others.
How matching & drift work
Reflect lines your Apple Health workouts up against your plan by day, distance, and pace. Confident matches count automatically; only genuinely ambiguous sessions ask for a tap. Drift is the accumulated gap between what was prescribed and what you actually ran, tracked across the whole block rather than judged one workout at a time.
Sending a coach report
Open your block and choose Share report. Reflect generates a one-page summary — adherence, the week strip, and the key patterns — that you send as a link or file. Your coach needs no app and no account to read it.
Privacy
Reflect collects no data and runs on your device. The full statement is on the privacy page.
