iOS & Apple Watch

The patterns hidden in months of training, surfaced as one arc.

It sits between your plan and your real workouts and reads the drift no single run reveals — so you and your coach see the whole block clearly.

Your training, honestly.

The full Arc View · plan against the work, week by week

The one idea

One long run 18s/km off the plan is noise. Six weeks of it is a signal.

Every plan slips a little. Reflect doesn't react to a single workout. It reads the gap between prescribed and actual — the gap we call drift — as it accumulates across the block, and marks the point where noise has quietly become a pattern.

What it reads

Built to read the block, not the workout.

01

Progress, not workouts

It monitors the progress of the plan — not at the level of any single workout.

02

Plan and reality, together

It holds your training plan and your actual workouts in one place, side by side.

03

A mirror for the athlete

A space for honest self-reflection on your progress and your discipline — owned by you.

04

Private by design

All private. Every bit of the intelligence runs on-device — nothing leaves your phone.

Where it sits

The honest mirror — the gap between the plan and the work, made legible.

Not a tracker. Not a coach platform. The honest mirror between them.

Plan vs actual, side by side

Workout trackers
Record what you did — they never knew the plan.
Your coach
Sets the plan and reads the work — needs no app, no account.
Reflect
Reads plan vs actual and surfaces the drift across the whole block.

A closer look

The instrument, surface by surface.

See it in

The home screen — your whole block

Arc View · prescribed vs. actual

Your whole block, read at a glance.

Each week is a pip; the present is marked in ultramarine. The arc reads left-to-right like a sentence, so the shape of your training is legible without a single tap.

It's the screen that turns "am I on track?" from a feeling into something you can read.

Matching — Apple Health, lined up to the plan

Workout matching

Confident matches just count. No taps.

Reflect reads your workouts from Apple Health and lines them up against the plan automatically. When it's sure, the session simply counts — you only weigh in on the genuinely ambiguous ones.

No manual logging, no busywork. The data was already on your wrist.

Coach report & Journey Report

One page a coach can read in a minute.

One page: block adherence, the week strip, and the two or three patterns that actually matter — designed to be understood at a glance by a coach who has never opened the app.

Your coach needs no app and no account. They just read it.

The report — one shareable page

Week recap — the on-device read

Pattern detection · on-device insight

It tells a bad day from a drifting trend.

An on-device read looks across weeks for the slow accumulations any single session hides, then says it plainly — in one honest sentence, never a lecture. A tool that resets with every activity can't see this; the arc only exists across sessions, held together as one.

It hands you and your coach the whole picture: every session, remembered — so the judgement has more to work with.

…and the same read where you already look — a home-screen widget and an Apple Watch glance, neither asking for a tap.

Share card — your block, in its own words

Social share cards

A card that carries the block, not a stat.

A 9:16 card that renders your block in the app's own language — pixel-matched, never a generic stat overlay. The figure is real; the restraint is the point.

It's the artifact a friend sees, recognises, and asks about.

The relief beat

Questions, answered.

What does Reflect actually do?
It imports your training plan, matches it against the workouts already in Apple Health, and shows the drift between the two across your whole block — not just today. It interprets your training; it doesn't just record it.
How is Reflect different from a workout tracker like the one I already use?
A workout tracker logs single activities — each session resets when the next one begins, so it can never see across the block. Reflect compares plan vs actual over the whole arc: the pattern only exists across sessions, held together. The tracker answers what you did today; Reflect answers whether the block is on track.
Does it work with Apple Health?
Yes. Reflect reads your workouts from Apple Health on your device and compares them to your plan. It never transmits your health data anywhere.
Do I need a coach?
No. Reflect is athlete-owned and coach-optional — you enter the plan yourself. If you do have a coach, you can send them a report, and they need no app and no account to read it.
How much does it cost?
There's a free tier, and Reflect Pro is a subscription — $3.99/month or $24.99/year (about $2 a month). The free tier gives you one four-week plan; Pro removes the limits. Prices may vary by region; the App Store shows your local price.
Is my data private?
Reflect is fully on-device with no account. An optional backup stays inside your own iCloud. No analytics, no trackers, no third parties — the full statement is on the privacy page.
